  • Take your dried Sea moss and soak in water about 6O minutes , rinse and remove any visible debris.  Do this 2 time. Now take the rinsed sea moss and add more water and squeeze a half of  lemon into the water and soak 60 more minutes. This will help cleanse and remove the sea smell.   Repeat 1 more times for a total of 1 hour, more if there is still visible debris.
